Positive: Near downtown (pretty much walking distance) and yet quiet and safe. Loved the supplies for coffee and tea. All was very well cleaned and organized.
Negative: It was little more outdated than showed on the picture. It was smaller than looked on the pictures as well.
Summary: I would definately return. Great value for the location and nice stay for small family.

Positive: The location is awesome, walking distance to the Charles Bridge, and there's also a tram stop right across the street. The beds were comfortable and the linen was clean.
Negative: The apartment we got was NOT the one in the pictures, it's probably a different floor since it matches the plan, but has different interior. The furniture and interior doors are old and so worn out, the floor is VERY noisy and the ceiling is full of yellow stains of old leaks. The parking fee was additional 35€/ day, which is quite hard to notice in the property description, so it kind of surprised us.

Negative: It was difficult to find the apartment. Communication was difficult with the owner. The apartment was in an old building with a small courtyard next to the garbage disposal area. The apartment was superficially cleaned and we found dirty clothes on the floor and wet towels probably used by those who stayed before us. The apartment is poorly lit. The price of the apartment seems low but if you add the price of parking of 35 euros for 24 hours, I think we made the wrong choice.

Positive: Great location in the city center, with nearby parking available. There are also some nice cafés and an amazing pastry shop. We even got a discount at a pizzeria. The shower works perfectly, everything is clean. And it’s quiet.
Negative: Mixed feelings after staying here for two nights. The first night, we didn’t stay in the apartment we had booked but in another (a better one) because our original apartment had heating issues—the gas boiler was broken. They promised to fix it the next day. As a result, we had to move out of the first apartment, and in the second one, the heating only started working in the afternoon. Everything was fine until about 9:30 PM, when the heating just turned off. The apartment hadn’t even warmed up properly yet. It was so cold at night that my nose was freezing. Our questions about the heating were left unanswered both on Booking.com and WhatsApp. After 6:00 AM, the heating decided to turn back on, but by that point, we hadn't gotten any sleep. The host responded only later in the morning, explaining that the heating works on a schedule. However, that didn’t help us at all, especially compared to the first apartment, where nothing turned off at night, and it was perfectly warm.
